Get in, 3 steps
Step 1 · Open the portal
Go to hub.bellacquisitions.co on your phone or computer. On your phone, add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Step 2 · Log in
Use the email we sent you and the temporary password from your welcome email.
Step 3 · Set your password
You will be asked to create your own password the first time you log in. That is it, you are in.

What you’ll see
Your view is private to you: only your deals and your numbers, no one else’s. Tabs open based on what applies to you, so you may not see every one of these.
Portfolio
The deals your capital is in, grouped by type, with each project’s phase and your position: capital in, your return terms, and what has been paid to you.
Deal pages
Tap any deal for the full picture: the deal economics it is built on, your estimated return, project updates, and progress photos once there is progress worth showing.
Recovery
If money is owed to you from a prior deal, this tab tracks it plainly: what you are owed, what has come back, and deals whose profit we apply toward your balance for you to accept or pass.
Opportunities
Deals open to capital now, each a fixed return secured by the property. Model a number, then raise your hand. Looking never obligates you.
Investor Updates
Progress across your investments, latest first, plus a live look at everything we are building.
Questions
Ask anything, any time. Answers land back on this page in writing, so you always have them in one place.

Straight talk about the numbers
Projected figures in the portal are estimates, not guarantees. Each one shows the inputs it is built from (purchase, rehab, ARV, selling and financing costs) so you can check the math yourself, and it moves as the deal moves. Nothing counts as money to you until a property actually closes. If a number ever looks off to you, say so on your Questions page. We would rather hear it than have you wonder.

The email address we sent your welcome message to.
Your password
The temporary password in that welcome email. You will create your own the first time you log in. Keep it somewhere safe.
